Red Cabbage is an easy to grow and rewarding micro! It prefers cooler grow temps but will typically do well in anything but hot and high humidity. Loaded with Vitamins C and K, red cabbage as a microgreen is also a Vitamin A superfood! It has a mild cabbage flavor and nice texture, which makes it simple to incorporate into any dish. These seeds are also perfect for sprouting, and can be grown in the garden to maturity.
Micro Uses:
Microgreens are a perfect addition to any salad or sandwich, or add to your favorite smoothie for a shot of nutrition. They're very potent, so only a small handful is needed, and their mild flavor won't overpower. It also hides well in smoothies for kids & picky eaters!

Best medium to grow in = Best in coco coir, but will grow well on hydro pads also
